Dorothea Phillips
Dorothea Phillips graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Upon completion at UNCC, she attended the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colorado and obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in mediation and conflict resolution. Ms. Phillips currently serves as a teacher and creative curriculum administrator for the Suwannee County School District in Suwannee, Georgia. Dorothea states that her passion for tutoring comes from the smiles that appear on the faces of children when they realize they have the ability to achieve anything they set their mind to do.
She also works with autistic children at her job and outside of her job. Dorothea is a published poet who is also in the process of writing two children's books.
